Brad Curran is a Seattle-based photographer, filmmaker, producer and educator.

Working in a variety of visual formats I strive to discover unique perspectives, elevate important voices and create visuals that resonate and inspire. CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

“In the all-virtual era, we’ve had to significantly increase the scope and complexity of our video content to create compelling audience experiences. Despite the challenge, Brad has consistently earned our confidence in his ability to deliver excellence every time. Brad is a natural storyteller who listens to what we’re trying to achieve then designs a visually compelling video to bring the audience along the journey. His final videos are crisp and engaging – and we always hear from our audience that the stories are heartwarming and inspiring. In addition to producing excellent content, Brad is a joy to work with – he’s polite, professional, accommodating and highly receptive to feedback. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.”
Kimber Connors, Executive Director, Washington State Opportunity Scholarship

“Brad is a skilled DP and video editor with an eye for cinematic beauty and a firm understanding of visual storytelling. His knowledge of cinematography techniques are a huge asset to our productions. Brad is a very collaborative DP, and I often find myself engaging him early in pre-production. He is also a very dependable team player. I never have to worry about missing deadlines, and I can rest easy knowing that the edit is in Brad's capable hands. The long list of video awards I've won with Brad onboard speaks for itself, but I can't help but sing his praises anyway.”
-Dave Radford, (former) Video Creative Director, PRR

“Working with Brad is not only a personal pleasure, but he also helps our organization immensely by capturing the tone and essence of our community. His process is collaborative, and the questions he brings to the forefront help us pin-point exactly what we want to convey. We hold the value of anti-racism deep at our roots here at Ada, and he recognizes this and brings a team that reflects the folks we serve. We worked closely with Brad to put forth a proposal to Melinda Gates, and through this work, Ada was awarded 10 million dollars. Though the story of Ada is already compelling, Brad has really helped us hone and perfect how we articulate our story using visual media.”
Alexandra Holien, VP of Revenue & Strategy; Deputy Director, Ada Developers Academy

“Brad's ability to create authentic, moving and impactful videos is unmatched. He has a unique ability to produce powerful content while respecting and honoring each subject’s story. He has created Seattle Central College's student impact videos for 10+ years. At our annual gala, guests always share that the videos were the most powerful part of the night. He is also wonderful to work with - collaborative, responsive and professional. I recommend him without any hesitation and will always turn to him first for creative video productions.”

“I've worked with Brad Curran on several video projects in my role as marketing manager for CoMotion, the University of Washington's innovation hub, and cannot recommend Brad enough. He is extremely talented and creative, and delivers finished projects that are beautifully composed, lit, and edited. He approaches every project as a storyteller first, ensuring that all aspects of the production are driving the story you want to tell and on brand. He is also a solid technician and extremely collaborative - working with him is pure joy. I just can't wait for our next project.”
